CONNECTIVITY WIRELESS SOLUTIONS 07/2012 to 06/2014, 07/2014-present in a contractor position through Verigent.                                                                                                                                            Senior Construction Manager- Managed the construction and installation process of in and out building distributed antenna systems (IDAS/ODAS). Worked for clients such as American Tower Corporation, Crown Castle, AT&T and Verizon, Kansas City Convention Center, The United Center, The Centers for Disease Control and many enterprise builds. Managed 8 million dollar project for the Kansas Speedway and built the first DAS site nationwide to meet AT&T’s newest national quality standards for DAS builds for PepsiCo. Performed multiple site walk assessments for potential, future and ongoing projects. Assisted in the bid creation process and project material assessments. Completed daily reports and completion percentage spread sheets, ordered materials and managed union and non union contractors up 50+ on site at one time to ensure completion schedules were met with strict adherence to deadlines, schedules, budget and customer specifications. Performed and taught all required testing specifications required per project including line sweep, PIM, OTDR and CW tests. Installed equipment from Mobile access, TE, Andrew, Huber Shuner and CSS. WIGDAHL ELECTRIC 03/2011 to 01/2012                                                                                                                                                                                      Cell Tower Technician- Worked on installation of cellular and wireless equipment on towers and roof tops as well as indoor and outdoor base station environments for AT&T 4G LTE upgrade with Goodman Networks. Worked on AT&T new construction builds with Bechtel and worked on Sprint 4G upgrades with Black & Veatch.  Used multiple types of power and hand tools, as well as rigging and test equipment.  Performed line sweep tests of all antennas/cabling and PIM testing of all lines and antennas to ensure site met pre defined customer specifications. Performed site walks and take offs for job estimation purposes, examined RFP’s and specifications to sort out details required per individual job in order to submit competitive pricing to customers. Learned ACCUBID estimating software to build bid packages as needed as well as used Microsoft excel in order to calculate needed figures. INTEGRATED INSTALLATIONS INC.                                                                                                                                                                                    02/06 to 09/06 Installer/Crew lead- Installation of high end switching and routing equipment in AT&T central offices with an emphasis on wireless technologies when I helped create a new wireless division for the company. Installed antennas and lines on cell towers for Cingular (AT&T) UMTS project in St. Louis and Milwaukee markets while working with Bechtel coordinators. Worked on removal and installation of equipment, as well as test and turn up assignments for equipment being installed for all customers. Considered company safety specialist while working on cell tower projects.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

AIMCO/YORKTREE APTS.                                                                                                                                                                                                            7/03 to 02/06 Service Manager- Responsibilities included managing of a 293 unit property with 17 buildings on 15 acres. Responsible for managing a staff of 4 direct reports as well as coordinating schedules with contractors for multiple continuing projects. Responsible for maintaining annual budget, work schedules, contractor schedules, employee reviews, hiring and discipline of employees, in order to achieve set forth goals by executive management. Responsible for managing the repair and execution of any and all technical work on site as well as training of those involved in the repair process.
